Orders will be packaged within 1-5 business days of payment being received, as long as product is in stock. The order will then be shipped according to the method chosen at checkout, or an equivalent/faster method. There is an automatic $50 of insurance added to every package. All shipments from Cape Fear Airguns LLC will have a tracking number, which is provided to the customer. For this reason, Cape Fear Airguns does not ship via USPS First Class mail, as there is no tracking available.

If you are returning an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as that is a contract between you and who you chose to ship the return.

Airguns, ammo, moderators, and certain accessories are only sold in the United States. Some items are only shipped to limited locations. 

Airguns cannot be sold to or shipped to the following locations due to laws: 

• Illinois
• New Jersey
• New York City and its boroughs
  
• Philadelphia
  
• Washington, D.C.
