This warranty DOES cover any leaks, mechanical issues or manufacturing flaws, and return shipping. Shipping to Cape Fear Airguns IS NOT covered by this warranty. 

This warranty DOES NOT cover any issues caused through misuse of the rifle, no matter who is using the rifle. Misuse of the rifle will be determined by Cape Fear Airguns. 

This warranty DOES NOT make Cape Fear Airguns liable for previous work, aftermarket modifications, manufacturing defects or failures that result in loss of income, property damage, injury or death.
